I’m a 40 year old woman who has always had a desire to get my teeth “fixed”. Everyone has that “one thing” that they would like to change about themselves if they had the time and money. My “one thing” has always been my teeth. I wanted straight teeth!
I have evaluated all types of options for correcting my overlapping, crooked teeth: Traditional Metal Braces, Invisalign Invisible Braces, Veneers, Implants, Ceramic Clear Braces, Six Month Smile (6 Month Smile) Braces, and Partials. Most of these options were not viable either because the cost was astronomical (Invisalign (>$6000), or they damaged the teeth to achieve the look (Veneers, Implants, and Partials).
Last year, my dentist introduced me to a short term option for achieving straight teeth. He told me about Six Month Smile. They are installed using white brackets and white wires. No metal mouth look here! I loved the idea of them, so I looked at tons of infomercials about them. After finding out how I could get them for FREE, I decided to get them installed. FREE BRACES??? Who could resist? I sure couldn’t! No…my dentist did not install them for free. I wish! (Stay tuned to find out how)
I thought, “I could live with braces for 6 months”. After I got them put on, I LOVED THE WAY THAT THEY LOOKED!! I could barely see them on my teeth. Most people, including my close family and friends, didn’t even notice that I was wearing braces until I pointed them out to them. Each time, they would stare into my mouth and say, “WHERE? I can’t see them”. It has been an amazing experience! My teeth have moved so quickly (pictures will be posted throughout the process), and they will be perfectly straight in a very short period of time. I knew that I had to share this experience with you because it has been such an AMAZING journey for me! Finally doing something for myself…to improve my look…just because it was a deep desire of mine. It has been quite rewarding.
I look forward to sharing insight into this entire experience with you: Reasons for Considering Braces, Installation Process, Maintenance, Draw Backs, Affordability/Costs, Options for Braces, Relevant Statistical Data about Braces/Straight Teeth, and Details/Pictures about the Removal Process. I hope that you enjoy this journey as much as I have. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
